Cancellation & Refunds policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within *24 hours** of placing the order.

* Once the order is packed, shipped, or custom production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

* Custom-made ceramic pieces, glaze batches, workshop bookings, and personalized orders are non-cancellable after confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

* You receive a damaged product during shipping.

* The wrong item was delivered.

* The product has a major manufacturing defect.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the handmade nature of ceramics and studio glazes:

* Minor variations in color, texture, speckling, glaze flow, pinholes, or firing marks are not considered defects.

* Slight differences between website photos and actual products may occur because of the firing atmosphere and screen settings.

* Opened glaze materials, test packs, raw materials, and digital products are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

Please record an unboxing video and share photos within *48 hours** of delivery.

* Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

* Approved claims may receive:

* Replacement

* Store credit

* Partial/full refund (depending on the issue)

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed within *5–10 business days** to the original payment method.

* Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Return Shipping

* Customers may need to return the item in original packaging.

* Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Handmade Nature Disclaimer

Every ceramic piece and glaze batch is studio-made. Variations in finish, tone, movement, and surface texture are natural outcomes of the ceramic firing process and make each piece unique.
